I have known Josh for a couple months and he's an amazing person and works hard. we all make mistakes and learn from them. He's very hard working, with a loving and caring heart. I love hanging out with josh and his nephew that is my bf. He works hard for the money he makes and sure does deserve respect from people.
I saw this film approximately two years ago on PBS. I still think of it quite often (I'm not exactly sure why). I have ordered copies for myself and others to see. It is a MUST SEE story. Those who created this film should be proud of themeselves. This story hit every emotion, happy, sad, funny etc., the way it was told could not be any more interesting. No actors could fill the shoes of those true to life characters in this film. They too should be proud, farming (I would imagine) is a difficult, exhausting and I'm sure at times a thankless job that most of us take advantage of. I want to thank you for what you do and wish you all the happiness you deserve.
OH MY!!!!! UNFORTUNATELY I MISSED THE BEGINNING. I COULDN'T TURN IT OFF AND HOPE IT WILL BE SHOWN
AGAIN. YOU HAVE TO FEEL BAD FOR THEM. NOT THE LIFE I WOULD WANT, BUT IF THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE EVER
KNOWN, THE REGRETS MAY NOT BE AS BAD.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME
This film ought to be required viewing for all criminal defense attorneys. The filmmakers humanized the characters and brought a depth of understanding to their actions that would be invaluable in sentencing criminal defendants, especially those facing the death penalty.
What a compelling film! I was working at home and had to stop and watch it (on TV). Such interesting, likable and eloquent characters, except maybe one, who have been filmed so well. I wish them well. I've driven those roads and maybe even passed by. Beautifully produced, magnificently shot and edited. I cannot say who fired the first shot but I'm glad the two were both involved and because of that it led to light sentences. No wonder it's a winner.
